Step right up and taste the meat of a horse. But, what’s the nutritional value of ice cream? And how much would you need to eat everyday?
The nutrition in ice cream varies wildly depending on the brand, flavor, and type. So, which one should you pick? Just be aware that ice cream is loaded with calories, sugar, and fat, and the premium ice creams are even worse. If you are a woman looking to get pregnant, Well, this might be the diet for you.
One study showed that women who ate high-fat dairy increased their chances of getting pregnant more than those who consumed skim milk and fat-free yogurt instead. If you are not looking to get pregnant, you should think twice before eating a lot of ice cream. On the other hand, though, low-fat or no-sugar-added products will still have the same number of calories as regular ice cream.
